  • A one-hour in-home consultation is scheduled to identify the scope of work

  • With a contract in place, work begins!

  • A customized estate sale plan for rehoming your treasures is created 

  • Inventory is cataloged, photographed and priced for your approval

  • Setup and staging takes place the week prior to your estate sale

  • Rehoming takes place during a two-day estate sale 

  • Small purchases go home with eco-minded shoppers during the estate sale

  • Large item pickups are scheduled post-sale on a mutually agreed upon date
