“We had a fantastic experience with Nest! As the executor of my parent’s estate, I was charged with the challenge of what to do with all of their stuff. We worked side-by-side with Nest to weed through the drawers and closets. After two months of prep work, we were finally ready to go. But, two weeks prior, the neighborhood association changed its policy, prohibiting us from having a public sale. We were completely deflated. We called Ann to cancel the sale but she quickly pivoted and came up with Plan B. They invited guests from their extensive client list to attend a 30-person max, by-appointment-only sale at my parent’s house. The staging was phenomenal. They turned the home into what looked like a high-end boutique. The house was basically emptied with just 30 shoppers! There were definitely items that didn’t sell but the charity pickups they coordinated left the home empty and ready to sell! It was definitely a job well done.”

I shop a lot of sales but Nest estate sales stand out from the others. The sales team takes the time to listen, to answer my questions. They keep a client book, which is filled with my wish-list items. They offer me the first right of refusal when my items are available. Quality is never lacking and pricing is very good.
